Bartender Nicola was always there on arrival in the afternoons with a smile and a fresh Hugu Spritz, which we took to the awesome pool. "The location was perfection - close to the buses, the lifts for hikes, and the shops. With the new renovations, the hotel was new and so comfortable. The only gripe I had is the hot tub. One of the main reasons for choosing this hotel was for the hot tub and it was luke warm. Overall, still an amazing hotel and would definitely book again! "
