"I stayed in room 102, the last room on the first floor near the pool exit. The room was clean, with some standard “wear and tear” in the bathroom. "No complaints except that the “welcome reception” was out of snacks one hour into the 1.5 hour reception. It appeared they had cheese and crackers, veggies and dip and something else. Free beverages including alcohol is very nice but not when you don’t drink alcohol. Would’ve been nice to refill the treats. Didn’t swim at all because the indoor pool was ice cold. Would’ve loved a relaxing swim. I think this is one way that hotels are cutting costs. I notice it a lot."
