The hotel was very easy to get to and the parking was right outside the hotel. The room was very clean and big. The breakfast could have more choices and kept a little more tidy. Will definitely return if we are in the area.

The breakfast was pretty good, the staff were kind and friendly. We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed, the view of the room outside looking at barrels and ladders was an eye sore. Lobby area was freezing cold for my wife while we were studying. Other than that i would still come back and visit for the discounted rate i check into.

Room was clean, staff were kind and helpful. The breakfast was a mess and not at all appealing. They could really stand to improve it and clean up during breakfast. Also the milks were not labeled, the food was cold and not kept under warming lights or in crock pots. Just seemed really yuck compared to the rest of the hotel experience.

Ok,so the hotel is a bit rundown once you really look. The thing that hit me when I opened the door to my room was a distinct, strong and quite unpleasant odor. The air conditioner was on high for that reason. There were stains on the floor, and the paint around accents such as pictures and mirrors was chipped. The room was modern style like you see in the pictures. The bed was soft and looked clean. I didn’t try the pool. While walking through the hotel to pass the time, I noticed how dirty the breakfast area was. Nothing was wiped clean. For breakfast, I might recommend sticking to the cereal or bagels. The eggs were tasteless and clearly reconstituted, the ham slices tasted like it came from a can. At least I think it was ham. If I’m in the area again I will try a different hotel.

I always stay at this hotel whenever I’m in the area, and it has become my first choice. The staff at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. They are always kind, welcoming, and ready to help with any request, no matter how small. Their professionalism and genuine care make every stay enjoyable. During my most recent visit, the air conditioner in my room stopped working, but the team responded immediately and had it fixed very quickly, without any hassle. I truly appreciated how efficiently they handled the situation. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service and hospitality. I always look forward to staying here again.

Although the room appeared to be clean. The room had a terrible smell. We had to go purchase air fresheners and carpet freshener. We checked the air conditioner filter and it must not had been cleaned for years. My husband had to clean it. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was not working and had been emptied of the water. We were told that they expected the pool to be operational the next day but it wasn't. The property was not well maintained. The elevator was dirty and there were fruit flies in the pantry area where breakfast would be served.

The whole staff was excellent, the floors in our room, hallway, lobby weren't clean, microwave in common area was filthy, breakfast was very limited, no microwave in room, desk in room but no chair, TV was located where you could only watch on the couch or in the bed.

The hotel was nice but can definitely use some renovations. There were a lot of signs of wear from age but otherwise it was good. When I walked into my room it had a strange smell, but went away after a bit. The pool was nice and I was able to enjoy it after a long day of working in the area. The hot breakfast was also really nice and had many options.
