"This place was great for me and my son to stay. It is close to historic downtown and convenient to all we wanted to do. The host was incredibly responsive for which we were grateful. I think it was a great value for the price. Being the first renter, there are a few items of improvement but nothing that frustrated our stay. The apartment building isn't the cleanest but we felt safe. I would stay there again."

"Check in was as painless as could be. Host was super communicative, even offering suggestions for all kinds of activities and food and things to do in the area. Location was great, right downtown by the convention center. Very clean. Bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on in my travels. Firm memory foam. This would be the first place I look to stay at if I'm ever back in the area. "

"We were there for only one night as part of a longer trip. I wish we had more time, and we will stay there again next time. The room was very large and clean, and the view was pretty good from the 6th floor. The Irish restaurant downstairs was great, and there are a couple of convenience stores nearby with good hours. The location is also perfect for the core tourist attractions in central Philadelphia. This was our first time there, but won't be our last."

"Check-in was smooth, room clean and well appointed. Didn’t really use hotel much except to sleeping. Only complaint was that we returned to hotel late in the afternoon -5:00 to get showered for dinner which is when housekeeping showed up to clean room. This should have happened earlier in day. Other than that, all good!"
