"The Four Seasons experience is. no longer a thing. My last couple stays at the Four Seasons were not as exceptional as they used to be. Now, you can have a better experience somewhere else without spending so much as you do when you book at a Four Seasons hotel. Have stayed at that particular resort about 8-10 years ago and my previous stay was way more special - personal attention, better service, etc.. Also, nothing changed, this particular resort needs a facelift."

"We had a very good time. I gave four starts because of some maintenance issues. Most notable was the the fact that all four of the outside trash bins were essentially fully loaded. I put our trash in the trunk of my car and hauled it away.The deadbolt on the external door to the southeast bedroom suite is out of alignment and we could not lock the door when leaving. The shower door for the shared bath between the two west bedrooms doesn't close properly and water sprays around. The owners need to bring a good property up to standard."
