"Isolated location even though with a Car Service you are trait line to downtown. Thin walls you can hear everything around you, Beds and mattresses have serious issue. They used box mattresses that makes clinging metal noise, add to this a cheap Metal frame that makes metal clinging noise, after an hour feels like you are sleeping outside."

"The pool and hot tub were out of service. When we walked into our room the whole AC unit was not working and we let the staff know and she was very rude, she insisted that it was working prior to us getting there. We asked for extra blanket since the room was cold and we never received them. There was trash behind the beds and underneath the sink. There was only one trash can for the entire room. There were holes in a wall and a door. It smelt like urine. We asked for the room to be recleaned, and she commented that they didn't have housekeeping at the time of day but will see what she could do and nothing was done. "
