Our home features all NEW furnishings, lighting, and plumbing fixtures. Cute, cozy furniture and bedding look like it's straight from a West Elm catalog. Quick and easy access to the freeway. Our home is 2 blocks away from downtown so please be aware parking is a little tricky to find the first time but we are always available to help if needed. Let us know if you have any questions!

Great place near the capitol building

Very clean, and comfortable house. Within walking distance of everything. Great place to stay if you’re attending a conference with a group.

Great spot!

The place was absolutely perfect for a girl's getaway. We love the retro decor and the location was perfect. Beds were very comfortable and my doggie loved the backyard! Thanks for a great stay.

Awesome duplex!

We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was clean, well-supplied, host was very attentive and location was superb for walking around the capitol and Temple Square. An excellent choice for our family vacation!

Charming home in a great location

Great stay in Salt Lake downtown!

Great location for us close to where other friends were staying and convenient to downtown. Very clean, spacious and loved having 3 bedrooms with very comfortable beds! Everything worked fine and the owners were very accessible for questions. We will definitely stay here again next year!

Perfect location and well designed home!

We went to tour the University of Utah and also wanted to get to know SLC and the home was well situated for both. The first day, we walked in to the city center and had lunch and did some shopping. The rest of the time we drove but it was pretty well located for our needs. The home itself is well decorated and just really nice to spend time in.If you stay in this house and need your morning coffee, be sure to stop on your way to pick up coffee and cream. There were some misc. food items and a little sugar but no coffee. Otherwise, the kitchen has what most people need for a short stay.We would definitely rent again!

Homebase for ski trip

We rented this VRBO with a group of friends for a ski getaway, using this stay as our homebase. David was responsive and helpful. He arranged for us to check-in early and to use a second parking spot. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed! The only downside was that upstairs shower’s hot water would run out pretty quickly, but the shower downstairs was perfect. Thanks for a great week!

This is our second time staying here. David is prompt in responding and is accommodating with requests when he can. It is close to Temple Square. The place was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. They had upgraded the dining table to a nice one that seats six. I loved the placement of stacks of color-matching books throughout. A very pleasant place to be. 😊

Cute spot!

Checking in and checking out we’re super easy! We were in town with our little family, close to everything. Great walking and beautiful scenery! My only issue is when someone is in the duplex next door, you can hear them…everything. Our neighbors weren’t loud, but having two little kids it was hard to block out the noise. Other than that, we loved the house. Everything was clean, the backyard was very cute (and our main entry/exit). We would definitely stay again!

Perfect!

This property is centrally located just minutes from Temple square and City Creek Mall. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens. Towels were thick and soft. House was super clean. Could not ask for a better vacation rental.

Fabulous place!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. We had everything we needed and the location allowed us to walk to the concert and enjoy good restaurants. The fenced backyard was very nice for the dog and the neighbors were friendly. I also enjoyed the decor, especially the cool living room lamps. This was our sixth stay over the last decade and hoping for more in the future.
