"There was really only one compliant I have, we bought a basketball to use at the onsite basketball court.We were out for the day and when we came back our room was nicely cleaned, but we couldnt find the basketball. I assumed that maybe the cleaning staff thought it belonged to the hotel and turned it into the front office. When i called the front we were informed that the ball has not been turned in and the cleaning staff has gone home for the day, when I went to the front to talk to a supervisor or manager I was told there isn't one onsite but maybe they can help, i brought up how i just cañled about the basketball missong from our roomreakfast was good, our room was nice we got the 2 bed room suite, I liked how it had 2 bathrooms as well.Room was equipped with everything need for the kitchen as well as cleaning stuff for the dishes."

"Booked on a whim since I’ve never travelled to Salt Lake City. I ended up booking one the most beautiful hotels in the area for a very fair price. Property was beautiful, rooms were large and clean. Food in the hotel was very good as well. It was easy to access by car and the parking was great. I’ll definitely be back in the future. Staff was very friendly. "

"Breakfast was amazing lots of choices to fit dietary needs or wants! The pool was warmer than most and the hot tub was HOT!! We loved staying here and will stay again if ever back in Salt Lake city. Parking is in a garage and costs $25 a day "

"Staff was very personable, the property was in a great area of downtown. Lots of things to do and eat within walking distance. But the room and maintenance? Downhill. 1st room had a shower faucet that fell right off. They got us in another room right away. Shower worked this time but now it had a foot stool tired to shower frame that was falling off. Overall it worked. Pool was nice but hot tub was sad. The weakest jets ever. You couldn't even tell it was working. Technically they do. Again great area with great staff. "
