From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome with their friendliness and professionalism. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to start the day right. The lady who arranged the breakfast area was so nice and pleasant to see each morning—she truly added a warm touch to our experience. The location couldn’t be better, offering quick and easy access to many of Salt Lake City’s top attractions. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites for its excellent service, cleanliness, and unbeatable convenience. We’ll definitely be back!"

"the front desk staff was nice, but the property was run down, smelled of smoke and pets, was loud in the hallways and from the surrounding rooms. There was 1 washcloth provided for 2 people and no hand soap. the mattress was dirty but the sheets were clean, meaning someone did strip the bed of the old sheets but did not brush the hair, crumbs and coins off the mattress before putting the new sheets on. The front desk was apologetic about the unclean rooms, and said they are training new housekeeping staff"

"Looks much older than it is. Rooms were all remodeled with all updated amenities. Only there for a night but would stay there again if visiting SLC. Overall a good stay "
