"Been here a couple times before with absolutely zero issues. This time however, we had to speak with the front desk late evening/night staff. It was a big misunderstanding on their part, but was not handled well at all by the two sitting at the front desk on Wednesday(08/13). The young man needs some serious customer service training and the young lady should be fired on the spot. There is absolutely no excuse on how disrespectful she was to my wife. We were completely in shock and quite frankly, it ruined the evening. With that being said, and due to all the other great staff and facilities, I would return."

"Loved this place! We picked a pool view room just so we wouldn't hear the noise of the boardwalk, and it was perfect. Very clean and new. GREAT pool. Perfect location on the boardwalk to walk either way. And plenty of parking. I would 100% come back next year"
