"Hotel is nice enough; just a wee bit of peeling paint near the air vent & had to shove napkins under rails outside to kill the squeaks. Also needed a replacement room safe, but they were on it. Brekkie was a hot mess. First day great, not busy. Part of seating area closed off, no big deal. Lotta people next two days: empty food trays, outta tables, outta plates. They tried, but not quite at par for $200 per night off season. Maybe a fluke, but I’ll stay at my event hotel next time. "

"My stay here was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and inviting. I had a beautiful view of the beach from a balcony. Downstairs was the cutest cafe with delicious coffee and a friendly staff. There was also a back entrance that went straight to the boardwalk. My new favorite place to stay in OC. "

"Excellent place and location. Great space for a group. Main space could use some new/comfy furniture but did not disrupt our stay. Huge balcony, unfortunately off season and did not get to enjoy. Great parking. Allison very responsive and easy to work with. Loved having towels/linens and starter toiletries etc. "

" The room was spotless upon our arrival. The staff were helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room we had is more properly called a suite since the living room is separated by the double queen bed bedroom by a kitchenette and the bath."
