"The room was clean. The AC worked great. It was in a great location . Staff was helpful but I didn’t like that when they cleaned the room they didn’t change the sheets and I know because they still had sand in them. The pool was roof top which is fine but no working umbrellas they were 2 broken down ones held up with shoelaces and rope to keep them open"

"It was a very clean and neat room. Perfect beach view from the nice size balcony. The outdoor pool was nice just sad the it closes at 6pm. They did said there was an indoor pool but that was on their other building (the one without ocean front view). Breakfast was good and staff was helpful. Location is perfect if you going to spend most of the vacation at the beach, boardwalk and Pier area. Is also a super short drive to Jolly Roger water park. I usually stay at other Hotels like Marriott or Hiltons but this Confort in did not disappoint. Recommended!"

"We had a good time. The only thing I want to point out were my expectations. Online, it showed a bathtub, stove & space. When I got there, small room, tiny bathroom with a shower (no tub), no stove or microwave. Only things in our room were 2 beds, big dresser with tv (& broken remote), mini fridge, ac a couple chairs & a bedside dresser with lamp. The blinds to our window were broken so we improvised and hung a sheet. There was a small 5’ deep pool but it almost went unnoticed and you have to ask. + side, couple minute walk from the board walk and the OC Dollar Market (not to be confused with a dollar store) was a minute walk from our room. Also have to pay $15/ night for parking on the property & $60 for our dog. Overall, it wasn’t a bad stay. We went for the beach & boardwalk, not a fancy room."

"We had a wonderful stay this past Sunday thru Thursday. The hotel is clean, the hot & cold breakfast everyday was great, I love that the pools are open until 10 pm for a relaxing night swim. Although I love animals I think they should dedicate certain floors/rooms for them as our room had a slight dog smell. No microwave in the rooms, it would be nice in the rooms. Not complaining just making suggestions, defiantly would stay here again."

"The hotel was great but the restaurants weren't. They shorted us 3 crabs and left the clams off the meal. When asked about it they said they were out of clams and they would put 3 more crabs in for us.if your paying 140 for a meal you would think they'd te1ll you they were out of stuff when your ordering. Went to get some breakfast sandwiches for us and the waiter said I had to order from the bar. I waited 10 minutes and was totally ignored. No customers but me. So I got some sandwiches elsewhere."
