Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early, and the indoor pool was great! I would change the 20 a night to park at the hotel itself that should be included with the room imo (we came out of season so there was plenty of parking on the street) and the TV in the room needs an upgrade to a smart TV but that didnt really bother us. Overall our stay was great!

I don't have a bad thing to say about our stay at the Commander Hotel, this is our second time staying here and we plan on going back! They ample parking, right on the boards, great views from both our stays so far! My only complaint is the coffee in the rooms isn't great, and I can't bring my own pods due to not being a K Cup coffee machines but other than that its great! We plan on continuing to stay here! And they let our boys in "2 Dogs" So that's a double plus in our books!

We liked our room that opened up to a public deck area. Easy walk to French cafe that was 50 feet away. We had our dog with us. Good location with a pet. Bed was very hard and our door leading to balcony was broken. We had a hard time opening/locking the door. We had a nice view of the beach. Didn’t try the indoor pool. We would come back in the summer and see what it’s like then

We stayed in the Promenade and it was perfect with kids. The kids were able to go right out to the deck and sit in the chairs and watch the ocean. The room was clean, the staff was great with getting us extra towels, anything that we needed. I will be staying here again.

The Commander is a very nice hotel and is located perfectly! The rooms are clean and comfortable, however we had no hot water for a couple of days and the hotel offered nothing.
