The location is my favorite! I love to people watch and it's just the right distance from the places I like to stop at on the boardwalk! The rooms could stand to be updated, but I've always found them to be clean and well kept. The parking spots in 2 of the lots are really tight, but if you park in the one the farthest away from the entrance, the spots are much wider! It's really a great hotel and the staff is always friendly!

Room was very clean. Staff were friendly. I was on the 2nd floor oceanfront on the deck. I wish I would have been up one floor, as I couldn't leave my door open because the deck was shared by everyone. Positives were the Coconut Club was right there on the deck also. Just a heads up for anyone wanting to book here. That was my only negative. I would highly recommend staying here.

The Park Place is located right on the beach/boardwalk, you park your car and dont need to leave the premises because everything is in walking reach. Did have one problem that was rectified immediately (bathroom floor wasn't cleaned). Also take note that if you dont book through Park Place you are charged a $12.00 day parking fee, I booked through Expedia and was charged parking upon arrival, there is also an amenities fee that is not mentioned and charged which I believe should be included in the complete room charge. I would also like to take a moment to praise CAM who is one the the Rep's you will meet upon checking in, he has gone way beyond to make our stay wonderful. Thank You CAM!
