"I was never able to get to the hotel due to road closures caused by flooding in the area. The hotel never communicated to me via any means before hand. I made multiple attempts trying to get to the hotel through different roads and all ended up being closed at a some point. The sun went down and it was very dark. "Great experience from the moment we drove to the entrance. Very good service. Spectacular building, tasteful decor and beautiful surroundings. Incredible breakfast and amenities. The only few things that made me not give it 10/10 was the fact you have to pay 10€ to use the spa, which I can’t justify with a hotel of this price tag. Also, we wanted to be bougie and order room service but neither of the phones in the room was working so we had to go downstairs to order which kind of defeats the purpose. The only open fountain has very limited hours open. "

"Anna greeted us upon arrival and not only checked us in, but walked us to our room. The property is wonderful, clean, well attended and in a perfect location. Staff are always available and smiling. Breakfast buffets are numerous, plentiful and delicious. We enjoyed our room with a balcony overlooking the river very much. "
