"Fantastic service from the time we checked in, to when we departed. The staff is friendly and it’s clear, they pride themselves in great service. The buffet breakfast was wonderful, and the staff delightful! Will definitely stay again."

"Had 3 issues: 1) pipes clanging in the room across from the elevators. Pretty loud and heard them all night. 2) Called down to desk because we needed sheets and pillows for pull out couch. They never brought them. for me this is the worst part of the review. This should not happen! 3) Had a very difficult time getting hot water. Ran sink for about 3-5minutes this morning and finally gave up. Rooms were clean, check in process good. It's a nice place to stay if they get the issues fixed I mentioned. I understand things happen (hot water for example). But noises need to be addressed. And again, not responding to a direct request for the bedding was very disappointing. For the money they charge, that is unacceptable."

"One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Arrived at 4p and my room wasn’t ready. They told me 20 minutes. An hr and 20 later I needed my room to shower and change for a meeting so went to the desk and they somehow found me one. The room was tiny, faced an inner courtyard thing where all I could see was directly into 15-20 rooms, half of which were under construction except the one directly across from me where we could see each other. My room was right by an elevator where I could literally hear it going up and down the entire night. I’ve stayed in many jw marriotts and this was by far the worst. They charged luxury hotel prices also. I’d highly recommend looking elsewhere "

"Property is dated on the outside. Overall it’s pretty clean. Check-ins took way too long."

"Room was great. Great location. Great food and drinks connected to the hotel. Only drawback was you had to valet or park in the parking garage that charged and wasn’t connected to the hotel. No pool but had a rooftop bar and restaurant/bar on the first floor. "

"The room was clean and the staff were respectful. But we waited for over an hour in the lobby after check in before we could get into our rooms. The lobby was overflowing with people waiting to get into their rooms. They seemed very understaffed. "
