"Stayed here a one night staycation and LOVED it. The room was well decorated, bed was very comfortable, and water pressure in the rainfall shower head amazing. All things I always hope for when staying at a hotel. We received a $20 credit for room service and ordered the margarita pizza and it was genuinely probably the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve had quite a few!). I’ll go back to the restaurant just for the pizza! Highly recommend this hotel and its friendly staff."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing stay! Jamal was incredibly helpful from the moment we checked in. He explained everything thoroughly and even offered us water or a glass of wine, which was such a nice touch for our Father’s Day getaway. The valet attendants were also fantastic. I didn’t catch their names, but they were friendly, professional, and always retrieved our car quickly. The room was beautiful, well laid out, and the shower had perfect water pressure. One small recommendation would be to address a slight older carpet smell in the hallways. Adding diffusers or a pleasant scent could make an already great experience even better. I loved the added security of needing a key card to access the guest floors, and having both armed security and a police officer on-site at night provided extra peace of mind. I brought my fiancé here for Father’s Day, and he absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, with a food hall right across the street and easy access to downtown Houston. Although the hotel is across from the train station, we couldn’t hear the trains from our room at all. Valet parking was a little pricey, but that’s to be expected in downtown Houston. Overall, the staff, location, cleanliness, and value were excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Keep up the great work! ❤️🏨✨"

"The hotel was very convenient to get to from IAH airport using bus 500. The hotel had great facilities for food and drinks, and they fully embraced the world cup with multiple large TV screens in the lobby for people to watch. The room was large and clean, with all the facilities you would expect. It was very easy to catch buses and metro nearby and there were plenty of dining options nearby. A great stay."
