During busy times, it could be very hectic. We sat in our car in the middle of the street for 15 min before we were able to hand our car over. Valet personnel however were courteous and helpful. The surrounding area is a little sketchy at night."

"The hotel is gorgeous but the King sized bed was a Queen, the restaurant had gnats (bar area) the actual restaurant was closed but the food (dinner) looked like a tv dinner. Fried chicken was HIGHLY questionable, there was a piece of hair in my water. We did not pay for our meal, we could barely eat from the gnats swarming around our food. I was just disgusted to say the least. I expected more from this "luxury" hotel. NEVER AGAIN!"
