"Great place breakfast is not free as it mentioned on the Expedia reservation they even offered a complimentary breakfast at check in because of our wedding aniversary but even this was mentioned they did charge it. Out from this Excelent location to cover Manhattan clean hotel great pillows!!!"

"The hotel was very clean, beautiful, and surprisingly quiet for being in East Midtown. The walls had some extra insulation and fabric to help mute the sounds outside. The staff was very helpful and even let us borrow some umbrellas for a rainy day. Special shout out to Simeon for being so welcoming during our stay!"

"Hotel was very busy but it was expected since it was New years weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Times Square, broadway shows, Central Park and Rockefeller Center all within walking distance."

"I like the clean environment and the coffee shop in the morning. However, when doing reservation, it would be great to clearly state if the room has a bathroom or a shared bathroom with the floor. Although I had no issues sharing a bathroom for the first part of my stay, that is something I like to have. I didn't think it was clear enough when I reserved. "

"The room was very very dirty. There’s dust and trash everywhere. Just beware it’s dirty. Found a bandaid stuck on the wall on top of the headboard and many other just unsanitary things around the room. Wish I could get a refund. Staff is okay but dont stay here. "
