"The room was very noisy and had staff offices outside of the door, there was constant noise as the office doors were open from early morning, shouting, laughing, slamming of doors, very little consideration to the fact there was a guest bedroom that was occupied next to their office's. I felt like it was not a private space or private room as there was constant movement outside of my door"

"Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location with limited off-street parking (so book a parking space well in advance of your arrival). Our apartment was clean and comfortable with fridge, microwave, utensils, etc. It didn’t have a sofa but had a small balcony with table and 2 chairs. Modern clean bathroom. Very helpful reception staff. "

"Hotel is both funky and historical with a Michelin star restaurant (impossible to get a booking though) - issue was the antiquated shower system, frankly it needs an upgrade (you still have that "radio" option in the bathroom!). Attentive staff, we should have asked them to fix the shower but only stayed one night so didn't bother. "

There was no one in the restaurant and when we sat down and started to order food, we were told we were not in the restaurant seating and had to move 15 feet over to a different table in a large empty room to qualify to order dinner. "Fantastic hotel in a great location. Easily one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Room was exceptionally clean and quiet. Staff were super welcoming and friendly. "

"reception staff excellent, arrived later than expected road from airport to hotel closed at night. Staff member gave info about next visit and understood our concern about road. Quiet room, perfect for late arrival. Suggest bathmat for shower as floor is slippery when stepping out. "

"This is by far my favorite hotel in Toulouse. I have stayed at many hotels but this one has the best ambience. It feels like visiting the house of a friend with a good taste because the hotel feels like a very large house in which the rooms are decorated very beautifully. There is an amazing back yard where chairs and tables are placed under the trees or next to the swimming pool. So beautiful, this setting!"
