Wonderful apartment style hotel room in a boutique hotel style building. Location is walking distance from Matbaiu train station as well as many local attractions. Comfy bed and lovely patio. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Great stay in Toulouse.

Good central location, large rooms and clean surfaces. Very friendly and helpful receptionist. The bad: Noisy at night, uncomfortable beds and difficult to sleep, no oven in the kitchen.

Didn’t appreciate the VIP drink turning into a bait and switch. Be warned, only juice or wine, no beer which I found out the morning after. Misunderstanding was apparently my fault and so I would be charged. So much for VIP treatment. Staff attitude was worst I have been subjected to in memory.

Stayed here several times, great location, because it is in a courtyard it's so quiet, whilst being close to everything. Staff are helpful everywhere is clean. The rooms are well equipped, perfect for those staying more than an night or 2, with the option of catering for yourself.

Excellent first time we’ve used an apart hotel and would definitely recommend it. Great facilities car parking on site, always a must in cities, the staff were great very obliging and the breakfast selection set us up for the day. Toulouse is a fantastic destination most impressed.

Great stay

Lovely stay here. Great apartment which worked brilliantly for our family. Sat out for breakfast on the balcony every day and the kids loved the swimming pool - this is such a great thing to have.

Great location and lovely rooms but most importantly the people we're lovely and very helpful. We arrived very late and the man who helped us to our room and get the baby cot set up made us feel really welcome as did all of the lovely staff over the week who came to clean our room or gave us directions etc of places to visit! Highly recommend and thank you to the lovely team!

Great location with off-street parking

Clean and comfortable hotel in a great location with limited off-street parking (so book a parking space well in advance of your arrival). Our apartment was clean and comfortable with fridge, microwave, utensils, etc. It didn’t have a sofa but had a small balcony with table and 2 chairs. Modern clean bathroom. Very helpful reception staff.

Great on great

Amazing hotel apartment perfectly located on a road with the city center at one end and the main station on the other. Quite, residential and local shops and restaurants. I nice friendly and chilled atmosphere with a mix of families, couples (old as younger), and groups of young people all seem to enjoy the same chilled and easy going vibe. The pool and sauna was great! My family and I (kids 15,6) would most definitely stay here again.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. The apartment has a few design flaws: very low-intensity light in the foyer, inconvenient placement of plates and cutlery in kitchen area. Still, everything was manageable and I had a great stay.

The front desk was very helpful. My only concern was with breakfast. The person in charge was missing when I arrived and there wasn't any coffee. When the finally arrived I had to prompt to get some coffee. I didn't feel that they did an adequate job of taking care of that responsibility

Room had a shower for disabled people that wasn’t in good condition and very difficult to use. Receptionist said this was only for three of the rooms. Apart from that, everything else was great and very much recommend. Perfect location, quiet, easy to access Toulouse centre and easy to get to from the airport using the excellent tram/metro.
