"Our stay was fantastic, we had a sea facing room with a balcony, room and view was out of this world. We actually ordered room service for our meal which we never normally do during vacations to take in the fantastic location and view, well done Imperial hotel "

"My only comment would be the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. In the unusual heat we have been having. The heat hit you when entering the room as opposed to the other way round. Apart from that I would put the Belgrave Sands Hotel & Spa in the best top 3 Hotels I've stayed at in this country. I would rate it's location food and standard of accommodation and facilities as excellent. Thank for a great stay. "

"Arrived and greeted by the most incredibly kind staff. They really couldnt have given us any more to make us feel welcome. Want to give a huge thanks to Robin on reception. My husband has a neck injury and the staff even offered to get pain medications from the local Pharmacist for us. The food in 1881 resturant within the grand hotel was delicious and served by Felix. What a kind gentleman he was also. Even making my young boy happy by giving him free mocktails! Both inside and outsoor pools area great addition to our stay, the breakfast is tasty and always left each morning with full bellies. We will definitely be coming back. We were so sad to leave today. Thank you all for a wonderful stay "

"Really lovely hotel with great views. Breakfast a real treat. Rooms are a very generous size and a sea view is beautiful. Don’t like the policy of authorising £150 on your bank card on check in. Not released for 5 to 10 days is not acceptable."

"On first arrival the car park had plenty of space with a gentle slope to reception. Rang the bell to check in. All very pleasant. Guys name is John and he is as nice as they come. Checked in a went to room. All very nice again. It’s what you need on a business trip. Tv. Bed. Kettle and shower. Had a beer in the bar, good selection of tap beers. I’d missed the kitchen due to my arrival time but he offered sandwiches, pizza etc out of hours. Enjoyed a few beers in the bar and got my head down. Very comfortable bed and slept well. Breakfast was a delight, fruit and poached eggs for me but everything you could want including vegan options on the menu. Checked out and will be back. Keep doing what you do guys. AAAAA+++"
