The space
A single bungalow house located in the heart of Scarborough which just east of central Toronto. Quiet neighbourhood, convenient transportation, close to 401 and 404. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets, Walmart, NoFrills, and Banks just around the corner.
Guest access
Guests come from the front door and directly go to upper unit which has an electronic lock. The door will have an "A" sign. Guests are free to use the front and the upper floor and do not have access to the lower/basement floor.
Other things to note
Please keep the place quiet and tidy. We have long term rental tenants lives downstairs and the person working night shifts. Keep quiet can help people to have good sleep during daytime and nighttime.
