Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
We stayed for the May long weekend to see some ballgames with the kids. Within walking distance to many amenities including Billy Bishop airport. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with any issues. Only complaints would be you have to make sure your door closes shut cause it didn’t always close shut on its own, And I forgot to tell them about it. Other than that it was a good time!
The hotel was nice and clean. I would definitely stay there again. It’s conveniently located to enjoy Harbourfront.
It did feel like it was a money grab there. You had to pay $35 to park there and $50 to check into your room 1/2 hour early before check in time of 3pm, even though the room was ready.
I really liked my rooms view and the pillows were sooo comfy. I liked how the parking had elevators that went down to the garage through the hotel. I thought this was a good walking distance to everything I wanted to check out.

Beds were wonderfully comfortable and our view of the CN Tower was perfect.
Great location, great view and decent beds but a complete rip off if you are expecting an upscale experience to match the price. This hotel did not live up to the standard I would expect from a Radisson Blu based on previous experience at other locations and considering what they were charging compared to other upscale hotels. The room felt cheap and tired. The reception area felt like an office building. There was paint peeling on the ceiling with obvious water damage. The bar was not open. The pool was drained. There was no room service to be had and despite a text telling me that our room would be serviced everyday the service was inconsistent and incomplete. Each day they did some things but not others and it was random what got changed or refreshed. We stayed three days and they never changed the ceramic coffee mugs they provided after we used them the first day. The staff were friendly but not overly helpful. When I tired to call to confIrm some ceck-in details I was put on hold before they hung up on me and after that the number was unavailable. When asked to provide feedback via text I did so and was told a front desk agent would contact me but they never did. None of this would have bothered us as much if the price had been in line with expectations but we decided to pay extra for a nicer experience and didn't receive it.
My spouse and I were in town for a couple of sports event. The Blu in convenient to walk to all venues, as well as take advantage of the beautiful city of Toronto. Close to the Amsterdam brew pub, where we enjoyed a pre-game meal and beer. All great experiences.
Staff were kind, room was clean, unfortunately when we stayed the pool was undergoing renovations I wish the Expedia app mentioned something about that ahead of time but it was a great stay nonetheless. View from the room was beautiful too.
