"Stayed here for a few days while in town for a conference. All staff were very friendly, room was a bit smaller than expected, but cozy. The gym was closed for renovations while I was there, but the hotel offered free day passes to the gym next door to compensate, which was great. They also held our luggage after we checked out since we weren't flying out until the evening, which was extremely appreciated. Would stay here again."

"Welcoming, professional staff, from front desk to doormen and housekeeping. I have stayed at this property 5 times. The rooms are spacious and bright. Very comfortable beds, modern, bright bathrooms. I appreciate having a mini fridge. Secure and safe parking area. The location is convenient for visits in North York, good access to DVP and 401. Having stayed at a different hotel in the Don Mills and Eglinton area last time, I can highly recommend the Pan Pacific as a preferred location. "
