"Staff were always helpful and friendly. The property was excellently located right across from the Skytree train station and mall and was also on top of a grocery store (a great place to get more affordable snacks, food and beauty products). The daily breakfast buffet options were a little limited, but always tasty. The waffle maker was a popular and delicious addition. I would've loved some more traditional Japanese options. Rooms were clean and had room to open two suitcases (a rarity I'm told in Tokyo). There were 12 washing machines available and you could also check their availability before trekking down with your things by the menu on your TV in your room."

"I love the location of this hotel to Tokyo Disney Resort. It has its own shuttle that runs very frequently to and from the TDR. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Food was delicious and varied. There were many choices and we love all of the food offerings. I love the washroom layout. The toilet is in its own private chamber, so somebody can shower, while another is in the toilet. You can also use the sink/dresser, separately from the toilet and shower. My favorite is the much-needed foot and calf massager inside the hotel room. We use this every night after getting back tired most days. The only thing is that, this hotel is BUSY. There were lots of people staying due to proximity to TDR, plus there were students in the hotel as well. The elevators were full most of the time, but the wait is not that long."

"This place is pretty nice. The rooms are clean and the shuttle is very convenient. The restaurants inside are a bit expensive but good quality. I didn't like that the hotel tries to upsell you a new room when you check in though; that feels a little scammy. It's also difficult to get anywhere else from this hotel without the help of a car, so just a heads up on that for anyone interested in visiting the town of Narita on a layover"
