"Lake Nantahala is beautiful, pristine, refreshing, just perfect. You can jump off of this house's dock right into the lake to swim. There was a kayak available which we used. We also took advantage of renting the home owner's pontoon boat so we got to explore the whole lake. My sister rented Stand up paddle boards and that was great fun too. We were in awe of the floor to ceiling windows of the uniquely shaped house as it let in all the dappled daylight through the trees.
