Executive lounge was fantastic

Kevin at reception was a blast. Made us feel right at home with a quote from Monty Python’s Holy Grail. Supermarkets and nightlife around. On-site car parking made moving around Darwin with a rental so easy.

Parking bays got busy on certain days. Room was nicely renovated

Location, location, location this property located on the esplanade in Darwin is walking distance from Darwin Waterfront, restuarants and shopping. Close to mall, chemist, supermarket and information centre. You can walk for miles along esplanade through beautiful parks.

Very comfortable beds. Older guests watch for slipping getting in and out of bath/shower.

This is one of the nicest places I’ve stayed. We had a lagoon pool accessible room where you could go out your back door and get straight into the pool. The pool was amazing and had a swim up bar. Staff were terrific and the place was not dated. Super cruisey place to be

The hotel is in a great location opposite nice bush with a great bistro beside it. Unlike some, it is set well away from the rifle range and has a lift for getting luggage to the upper floors. The service from the staff was always polite, timely and so helpful. It is a 15 minute walk from the airport but they have a nice easy car to pick up and drop off. It was a great peaceful location with a lovely pool and great surroundings!

Ramada Zen Quarter Darwin how lucky we were room 1009 had everything to make us so comfortable washing machine,stove ,oven, dishwasher, lovely bathroom and seperate bedroom. Our view was to the wharf and city great. The staff hotel services were fantastic met every request clean towels every day fantastic.Daily breakfast had a large choice hot and cold coffee machine. Nice and close to beach, grassed areas. With so many cafes and eateries you could need. And of course the Irish pub fiddlers green just across the way. Hotel was comfy, not as clean as Id like but its a busy place. Staff very nice and no prob doing anything for you.

Fantastic location for young families with an amazing shaded playground and outdoor fitness stations directly across the road. Even for us with older teenagers the location and whole hotel was perfect. Our bathroom was large with more than 4 towels readily available. The swimming pool was huge with lots of chairs around, plus outdoor alfresco dining poolside which we enjoyed for the buffet breakfast. The buffet was amazing, with so many choices for breakfast. I really enjoyed the room layout and beautiful pool area. I however did not enjoy the customer service. I was not told where the pool was or gym or any helpful information which is not located on your website or in a hotel room brochure either. When I got to the room the key card wouldnt work when I went back down to reception to get it sorted the receptionist didnt even get off the phone or ask me to wait until he finished his phone call he just did it for me without talking to me while...

I didn't know there was a shuttle service available. I would have liked to have used it. My stay was fine, the room was a box with a tiny window looking out to the next building which wasn't appealing but it was only a short stay. I've had way nicer rooms on my previous stays.

great place to see and plenty to do. Loved it there and we will come back again one day soon.

My parents and I stayed there for 7 nights and we booked it based on your reviews. So it is only fair we express also our review after 7 nights. We enjoyed it the location was the BEST part about your hotel. The room size was fair and decent. Your bed and bathrooms are great size ( not small) . Though your restaurant lacks ambience and the outdoor pool a little small. Aside to this we would come back again as we were very comfortable at your hotel. Thank you Mantra
