8.8/10 Excellent! (1,758 reviews)
From a grumpy check in to a property that has seen better days. At the high price we paid U have expected daily cleaning, better condition and bigger rooms. Bathroom was so small you could not open the door if someboby on the toilet. I do understand they advertise weekly cleaning. But that is inadequate. The gym was pathetic, old machines desperately in need of a service. Cramped and like the toilet can only really fit one person in at a time. I normally dont give bad reviews. I just dont comment as I feel its unfair on the property to have an enternal bad review. But this time I feel its only fair on other guests to comment. I have stayed over 100 nights this year in hotels and serviced apartments and this was the worse in recent years. The other property for being worse was the Ramada by Wyndam Sukhumvit 87 in Bangkok. So it must be the brand. Only redeeming element was the roof top bar. Great staff, drinks and view. The pool was great, except one day it had to be shut as it failed its chemical testing!. I would not recommend this property.
