"Excellent service"
Perfectly clean room with good desk facilities for work, spacious room, friendly staff, clean bathroom, no noise. Excellent location for accessing Darwin restaurants. Room Service pizza was not particularly good, (suspect pizza was microwaved rather than cooked properly).

"Nice hotel close to shops and waterfront"
Nice place to stay. Room was a little dark but had a full size fridge which is a rarity now days. The ironing board was a miniature cut down version (hangs alongside coat hangers) and difficult to iron shirts as it had to be placed on a table. Why they have this when there was plenty of room for a normal sized ironing board is perplexing.

"Good Location and Price"
Hotel is in nice location, close to bars and shopping. Room is clean, but really bare (only a bed and table stand, no chair, no table). Area is quiet noisy at night. Hotel is generally clean, but ac is only inside rooms, not in other parts of the hotel.

Palms City Resort

Only single beds in the room, there was no desk or chair to sit at inside the room. Not ideal for a business trip. Fine for holidays.

"Convenient to Darwin shops and cafesand restaurant"
Spacious lobby convenient for waiting out of Darwin heat and humidity. Not too noisy and has convenient cafe bar adjacent, obliging staff, and breakfast bar. Front rooms have water views and some side rooms also. Our room had fans, split system cooling and dehumidifier. Fans were all that was needed in August.

"Cheap place to sleep"
With both a double (queen) and single bed crammed into a room better suited to a double or twin at best, there wasn't much room left in which to move. But bathroom was functional and clean and air cond worked OK. Good if you want a cheap room for 2 people, but 3 would be a crowd, and you wouldn't want to have too much luggage. Not a room you would want to spend much time in either - best just for a place to sleep. Location is excellent.

"A nice place to stay, not far from everything"
I had a very pleasant stay. Signatures is not right in the middle of things but not far away. This enabled me to enjoy the quite when I wanted it at night and I didn't have to walk far to get to the restaurants etc when I wanted a more fun time.

"Lacked a Few Items Normally in a Hotel"
Clean and tidy the room was OK, but lacked a few items normally found in a Hotel that costs this much to stay in e.g. tissues and a waste paper bin in the actual room. There was also a charge for parking- that's OK for Southern capitals, but in Darwin plenty of hotels / motels can be found that don't charge for parking. Hot water was also a problem, the shower was too cold or too hot, not a great experience.
