"While the lady owner is a Japanese and speaks limited English, she is hospitable and even offered us sweets and coffee during our stay. As the location is quite remote, would only recommend for those who are driving."

"Pretty decent place but if you are expecting a luxurious stay, this is not for you. If you enjoy peaceful environment and wooden furniture, this is the great place for it. However, the 4-bed room was quite small just for me (I was lucky to be the only one there) but if you have to share with 3 other people, it could quickly become difficult. Not enough space for sure. "Yuumi and her team were so lovely and made us feel so welcome in Aka! They picked us up from the port even though it was a short way which was so helpful with our luggage. Hosei is right on the beach front and you can see the best sunset from here as well as relax in the day. It is so tranquil!
