"The walls are made of sheetrock, and you can actually hear your neighbour fart.But there are not just farts, but families with noisy kids. The Spa doesn't work even though it is Tet festival, snd the hotel is full.And finally-electric fuse was found in the bathroom right next to the shower- DANGER!!!

"Great hotel great location but if you have little ones or go to bed early make sure you get a room in the back because the music at walking Street in front is quite loud, but it does go down at 11 and then it stops at midnight
Also, this walking street is perfect for families. There were lots of children running around as well."

"Wat een fantastische homestay is dit! De eigenaren en het personeel zijn uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het ontbijt is echt ontzettend lekker en de kamers zijn heel mooi uitgerust in Japanse stijl en zeer mooi afgewerkt. We waren een beetje bang voor de Japanse bedden op de grond, maar hebben daar prima op geslapen. Enorme aanrader voor een verblijf in Hue!"

"Nice staff, clean and hot showers worked. Cheap and cheerful. Bunks a little unsafe for children with open ends IE no barriers around mattress. Close to GO!, shopping centre and fruit veg fish market down the street. Only drawback is guests aren't allowed to use the kitchen to prepare the fresh food that is readily available. So fruit breakfast was my staple. I brought tea bags and coffee so at least I made my own hot beverage. Drinking Water is not provided and can be purchased "

"Đã book phòng và thanh toán, đã được xác nhận nhưng đến nơi thì gọi nhiều lần số hotline không được. Lúc gọi được thì báo đã hết phòng và sẽ email báo Hotels.com trả tiền lại. Rất mất thời gian, mệt mỏi, có 2 cháu nhỏ đi kèm.
Tìm rất khó, đến đúng địa chỉ trên App ko thấy, hỏi hàng xóm xung quang cũng không biết -> cần cập nhật chính xác và dễ tìm. "

"The room they put us in had black mould on the ceiling. Staff were friendly and understanding and approved a refund immediately. Other than the mould, the property seemed okay. Was sad to go but they didn’t have any other rooms to move us to."
