We have travelled extensively as a couple, over many years. Pilgrimage Village Hue is one of the three best hotels we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. The warmth and welcoming nature of EVERY ONE of the staff we encountered over four days was exceptional - beginning with such a wonderful warm welcome from Tram, on our arrival. Our room fronting onto the warm water swimming pool is definitely worth paying the extra for - its temperature was always ideal, and it’s so convenient for those rooms. Breakfast was such a memorable experience every morning - with the selection of foods, some area on outside covered balcony, and, again, super efficient and helpful staff. This hotel and four days we will NEVER forget! CONGRATULATIONS, and “ THANK YOU”, Pilgrimage Village Hue!

It was a very nice hotel. Although it’s a bit far from the center of Hue, getting around was no problem with GRAB. The property is full of greenery, making it a pleasant place to stay. I swam in the pool every day and enjoyed the complimentary massage included in the room rate, spending a relaxing three nights there. The staff were very kind, greeting us with “Xin chào!” in Vietnamese and offering helpful sightseeing advice. I would love to visit again.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of space and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel is very charming and it is great for children. The shuttle to Hue helps but it was difficult to get a Grab and there are only 2 decent dining options outside the hotel, with 1 only open for dinner. The hotel is great but it is remote and there is nothing nearby, so either book this hotel to spend a lot of time there or plan ahead with their shuttle.
