Absolutely first rate stay at Orchid Premium Hotel. Hue, Vietnam. Tremendous value, customer care and service beyond belief. Breakfast all freshly made, chosen off of a menu. Top marks all around at this one year old gem. Highly recommended.

An amazing hotel. Luxury room! Fancy lobby. AMAZING staff! I wish I could remeber all their names. But Sunny was so kind and very interested in my travels and making sure I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was VERY clean and so fancy. The bed was so comfortable. There was even a tiny balcony! The location was ok. Hard to walk to any good restaurants. There were two across the street. I didnt eat there. There is karaoke every night across the street! Ugh. Ha ha. But it ended around 9 pm. I would definely stay here again. Breakfast was delicious and a good variety of food. The staff make this hotel a perfect place to stay!

A hidden gem

A little gem out of town. A few restaurants & cafes in walking distance & a Grab is cheap for other places. It felt new & clean. The staff were lovely & helpful. The room was spaciius & bed comfy. Breakfast was plentiful & delicious.

Two travels from Canada spending two nights. Excellent experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with lots of offerings from local food to more western options. Outdoor pool, was small but enjoyable. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at The Orchid Premium Hotel Hue. The staff at this hotel were very attentive and very helpful. The rooms were clean and tastefully fitted out. There is a small swimming pool on the fifth floor which was great to cool down after a long day. We booked our Hue tour and our transport from Hue to Hoi An through the hotel front desk and they explained the itinerary to us and answered all our questions and concerns so we knew what to expect. Pricing of the tours & transport from the hotel was competitive. The only down side for this hotel is the location is about a 10 to 15 min walk to the night life & restaurants but the upside is that the location is quiet. There are some small eating places and cafes nearby.

We arrived late in the evening after a long day of travel and the staff greeted us with a cold towel and fresh cold juice. The entire building is very beautiful and clean, you notice it before you even walk in the front door, and each room is just as beautiful. The bed was very comfortable with high quality bed sheets. The breakfast was amazing too! With many options from buffett or the menu. (The banana pancakes were the best I have tried) The highlight was how friendly and professional the staff are, we felt very welcome and comfortable in Hué There was a little bit of noise, from the other rooms, and perhaps the soundproofing could be improved, however we had stayed during a busy time so very understandable. Overall highly recommend staying here at the Orchid Premium Hotel

Its a new hotel, breakfast was ok. Room was spacious but quite hot until you turn the air con on. Bathroom is small. You need to press hot water switch approx 20min before taking a shower to activate it. Location is ok, near residential area, some cafes and restaurants around the corner. If you use grab, its easy to get around the city = within 10min you can visit many tourist places. I didnt mind my stay here. Didnt hate it. Didnt love it.
