We did experience a couple of issues with our room not being serviced on two occasions, but once we notified the staff, they took care of it promptly. It may have been due to extending our stay on those days, which possibly caused some confusion about our checkout status. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The location was excellent—within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, the market, and the Royal Mile shopping area. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "
