    "This is quite possibly the worst resort I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at alot of resorts. We’ll start at check-in. They have a fake check-in labeled as VIP for people who book through Expedia. This is only a ploy to get you in front of the timeshare salesman. We agreed to take the tour only to be sold too extremely aggressive, even after telling the tour guide manager that we were gonna decline because I just finished breast cancer treatment.     "A few great staff member that actually cared the rest were nice but only were attentive when tipped. The room condition is horrible for a 6 year old property! I had mold in the shower, tiles coming off, water smelling, room too hot. But the worst is the food! at best it was a 7 for a few choices the rest is a 4/10. Lunch you basically have 1 place or outside that served all the same things"

I waited standing in line 1h15min to check in (That's not a typo nor an exaggeration!), and it seems it is normal for this property.
