I booked the pool room for a week. I chose this hotel because it's not in the city center. I wanted to avoid the noise and crowds when I needed to recharge. Perfect spot. The area isn't out of the way but isn't too busy. The train station is right across the walkway with a mall and plenty of eateries attached. Staff was amazing even with my broken Japanese. A few members spoke good English as well. I came back from being out every day to a perfectly cleaned room and complimentary snacks and drinks refilled. The bed is a bit firmer than most western beds but comes with enough pillows that you can adjust if needed. The views are perfect for winding down. Sunset let's you see the mountains and the city skyline. Sky Tower and even Fuji on clear days. Disney is right down the way and you can watch the closing night fireworks. Street and train noise is practically non existent. Already planning to stay here my next visit.

Excellent service! Help offered before you even ask. This feels like an old school hotel. Facilities and rooms are a little dated but are very clean, which is what matters for me. Location is great-there is a bridge connecting the hotel to the train station and bus station. If you are using the airport limo bus, the stop is on the street outside of the main bus/taxi roundabout in front of the aeon mall/mona mall/ train station. Disney is about 2 stops away but they also offer a free shuttle to and from tokyo disney and disney sea. It is a 40 minute train ride to and from central tokyo, so take that into consideration if you are planning to just do disney for a few days and spending more days sightseeing in central tokyo.

This hotel is amazing. It is high end and luxurious and the staff are all fantastic. The Japanese style soaking bath in our room was the best way to relax after a long day at Tokyo Disney Sea.

We loved our largecroom for three people to sleep with a sofaand table. Large bathroom and nice water pressure. Conveniently located adjacent to the train station. Their staff was nice and kind, too. We would definitely stay here again!!
