Great hotel with great services and staff. Close to Tokyo Disneyland with a shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes to Maihama Station. A huge thank you to Raymond Tanaka who assisted us with our check in. Mr Tanaka even found us the next morning while having breakfast to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

If you are visiting Tokyo Disney, this is a great alternative to staying at a Disney hotel. The shuttle is convenient and runs about every 15 mins and drops you off next to downtown Disney which has many options for food and shopping.

Convenient free shuttle bus that runs early to late to maihama station and back for easy access to disney parks. Bonus to have an onsen on site that is included for hotel guests that is open also to paid public access. Locals like to use this onsen too. Sufficient amenities, slippers, pajamas. Easy check in and out. Very convenient location to access disney. Would stay again.

Pretty close to Tokyo Disneyland and Disney Sea, though it’s a bit far from subway station, hotel free shuttle bus makes transportation easier. The room is big and clean, much bigger than other hotels in Japan.

This hotel was a beautiful place to stay, but we only slept overnight before going to the Disney hotels the next day; I wish we had more time to enjoy the spa features here because they all looked so relaxing. I would recommend this hotel for a stay if you’re trying by to go to Tokyo Disney and/or Tokyo Disney Sea since they have a shuttle that will take you directly to the Disney Railway which is an easy way to get to the park entrances.

Ok stay for Disneyland

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Disneyland which the hotel was fine for. It runs a complimentary shuttle from Maihama station every 10 mins or so and you can walk from Disneyland from there. It is an older hotel so expect stains on the carpet, couch, duvet covers etc. The air conditioning didn’t really work either so we had a very hot sleep (in November so would hate to think how it would be in summer). We had the buffet breakfast which had a large selection and value for money. We never used the spas as we were at Disney all day.

We were not informed that every member of the party must have their passport for the stay. While it might state this on the Japan Website, it does not state this anywhere on both Expedia’s listing and the private message they sent to me afterwards with further details. The food on the property is solid, and provides helpful access to amenities like taxis and has replacements for items forgotten like Razors. Sadly, in our room one of the pillows had a very hard and rough side and that affected my sleep quality. Overall, it was an okay hotel that was soured by a very negative check-in experience.

My husband and I stayed here for a night while we were visiting Disneyland. We walked from Disney Sea to the hotel, which took about 20 minutes or so. The hotel does provide a free bus service to and from the hotel from the Maihama station at Disneyland. We got the bus the next day to take us back to Disneyland. The staff memebr at the front desk was friendly and got us checked in quickly with our very limited Japanese. The room we stayed in was a traditional Japanese style room with a open air bath. Wow! It was lovely relaxing in the bath, watching all the lights. We could see Disneyland, Tokyo tower and Skytree from our room. There was a kettle with tea and coffee, as well as a small fridge in the room. Futons were provided but had to be put out ourselves, which wasn't any issue for us. We will definitely be staying again in the future.
