Small, clean room. Breakfast was mostly a selection of breads with a salad. Choice of soups and juice. Good convenient location, next to JY line.

Great location and staff. Royal Host is just beneath this hotel (which is a cut above Bikkuri Donkey)! There's a very popular onigiri place a block away; just prepare for long line. You can watch the trams pass by in their breakfast area while eating, which Otsuka is the only city that has such a transit system in Tokyo. The cons are the plumbing gives off a slight sewage smell (not too bad for the price you pay) and the laundry room smelled very funny. For laundry, I went to Baluko Laundry Place instead. Will consider staying there again if I were to do another solo trip.

本当に、本当に素敵なホテルだったんですが、前の方が貼っていったであろう お洋服のサイズが書かれたシール（某有名ブランドUのもの）が、棚に貼られたままで、ん？？も思いました。また、排水溝にも、明らかに自分の髪色じゃない髪の毛が丸見えで、お掃除が行き届いているような、いないような…といった感じでした。 基本的に綺麗で設備や立地も最高なんですが、そこだけ残念だったなぁと思います。

入口からテーブルまでの間が狭くキャリーを奥に置きたくても持ち上げで運ぶしか出来ないのが大変だった。テーブルに椅子があるので必然的にメイク等は、そこでおこなうのだがライトが斜め上にあるので影になってメイクしにくかった。フロントまでのエレベーターもしくはエスカレーターが欲しい。使うのが業務用？な所から上がるので間違えたかと思ってしまった。 改装した部屋だったのでキレイだったし配置的な事以外は不満は無し。目の間が駅でコンビニやら飲食店は多いし使い勝手は良いと思う。
