Amazing hotel and room. The staff are professional and helpful. The room is clean and clearly looked after in the upkeep. Very convenient shuttle and easy to take a local bus should you choose, it stops right in front of the hotel.

I really liked the shuttle service. Having been in the busiest parts of Tokyo, I looked forward to the quiet and natural surroundings of this property. If I want a mall, supermarket or train station, the free shuttle provides the transportation. A fabulous hotel if you're planning days at Disney Sea and /or Disneyland. Very convenient.

Besides the shuttle to and from the train station everything was very far and "local" restaurants are very aware of the Disney tourosts and prices for everything are very high.

Great hotel with clean and spacious rooms. It’s located near the disney resort area which is far away from Tokyo. This is a perfect hotel if you’re visiting tokyo disneyland. However, if you are visiting Tokyo, you would need to take a shuttle and a trajn, which can take up to an hour. Also the shuttle services are not that frequent.

Cleanliness, staff and service and amenities provided in the rooms were all excellent. The hotel is convenient for Tokyo Disneyland/sea. Free shuttle buses allow travel to and from the station and theme parks. Only downfall is if you miss the last shuttle, you will need a taxi to return to your hotel and due to the location it is far from main areas (however it has it benefits for a more quiet stay away from the bustle of the city). More information around other transport options should be available for guests. (If you type Hyatt Regent bus pickup into Google maps this should help those find the pick up point). Other than that, thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Super friend staff and clean room! Very comfortable and there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel which made transportation super easy. They also have a Disney shuttle which helped a lot! Everything was very comfortable at this hotel!

Property is very nice and the rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was super nice and accommodating but unfortunately they only had one restaurant open for dinner during our stay and they were booked one night and way overpriced for the quality of meal there might we could eat there. There is nothing surrounding the hotel so going out to find food was an ordeal after returning from Disney. You could order room service limited menu but for the size and quality of hotel we expected more choice and availability. I wouldn’t stay again for this reason and maybe choose something closer to train station area and Disney with more variety at night

Overall very good hotel. Teh only two challenges is distance from the main city and limited to no vegetarian food options.

The property is in a nice location and is very quiet. The lobby has a nice ambience and smells great. There are a lot of transportation options during the day but not a night. The free shuttle buses are very helpful which saves some money. I like that they have microwaves in the lobby and washer, dryer and drinks vending machine on our floor. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because they don't vacuum the carpet during your stay when they do housekeeping. There is also 1 day when we left for Kyoto for an overnight stay and didn't come back til the next day. I saw one of the housekeepers and mentioned that we need housekeeping. She nodded her head and said yea and I even mentioned the room twice. I wanted to tell the front desk as well but there was a long line at the check-out and we might be late for our Shinkansen reservation. So, we had to leave. We were expecting our room to be clean the next day since we had a long trip but housekeeping wasn't done. The location is close to Disney so this would be a nice location if your family is going. However, I learned thru experience that this is too far from the main city and places you might want to visit like us. Places like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku and Ginza is on the opposite side of Tokyo. I learned that the Keiyu Line which serves this area was later added so if your trip takes you to Tokyo Station, better be ready for a long 10-15 minute walk for your connection. This is totally my fault for not researching the area.

This was our first time in Japan and I'm so glad we chose to stay at this hotel. Lovely hotel in a great location, every amenity you could ask for, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Gorgeous park right across the street where we enjoyed taking our breakfast while watching ships on the bay. The hotel shuttle was a life saver while we got familiar with the bus schedules.

Absolutely amazing experience beautiful hotel! So to get from the airport to the hotel you want to purchase an airport limousine ticket I think I paid seven dollars for this maybe 10. So they drop you off at the Tokyo Hotel Bay area you can find more information from Rio2Rome or Rome2Rio lol. Anyway, so they drop you off there. It’s the second stop and literally this hotel you can see it from the distance. It’s like an eight minute walk and check-in was super easy, very friendly and gave me a schedule for the shuttle to Tokyo, Disneyland and Disney SEA. They literally have a shuttle running twice an hour to go theme parks round trip because they are far. I would say it’s probably a 20 to 30 minute drive. And to leave the hotel they have a free airport shuttle to the main train station to get your way back to the airport or anywhere else in Japan. (Food options at train station) I ordered room service one night. It was pretty affordable food in Japan is quite cheap and that was good for me. I’m vegan so breakfast wasn’t that impressive very limited options. I was pretty much restricted to toast and fruit but for persons that can’t eat anything I hear breakfast was quite good to me. It was over priced I think maybe 27 to 40 bucks Buffet style. Absolutely loved this hotel and staff. One more tip if you are visiting other places in Japan, and are switching hotels, they do have a shipping service bring your luggage and you can pay them at the reception. Excellent service!!

This is a great hotel if you’re planning on visiting Tokyo Disneyland. They offer a shuttle to both parks (drop off and pickup) and to the closest train station. Rooms are spacious, incredibly comfy bed and great staff. It’s also a short walk to the closet hotel with a airport limousine bus pickup.
