We absolutely loved East Square from the first second we were greeted by the most friendly and professional team. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, and offered a variety of nice little extras (like pyjamas). We really enjoyed our stay there.

This hotel is perfect for a group. The hotel is nice and modern with good space and friendly staff. They genuinely are interested in you as a guest and makes sure you are happy with everything during your stay.

Huge rooms and a quiet hotel. It is really close to public transport, heaps of food options nearby and it's a really nice neighbourhood. The best bit by far was the service, the people working there were so nice and happy, good genuine people. Definitely stay here if you get the chance.

We were a family of 5 (3 adults & 2 kids) and had such a lovely stay at East Square. The location was perfect - it was within a 3 min walk to the station and there were many dining options around the area. The apartment was fantastic - it was a decent size for Japanese standards and having a washer/dryer in the apartment was a big plus. The reception staff were so lovely and helpful, my kids still say how much they miss them. We'll be definitely staying here again next time we come to Tokyo!

Such a lovely hotel. The staff were extraordinarily kind and welcoming. The location is quiet and residential. Restaurants and konbinis nearby. Subway is a short walk. Though the location is not in one of the popular tourist areas of Tokyo, the extra space in the room makes up for it. Having a washer/dryer in the unit was so convenient. The fridge and freezer allows you to keep food on hand for longer stays. Overall, an excellent choice for a family or larger group when visiting Tokyo.

Location was in quiet residential area, within 5 min walking distance to Shinjuku and Eoda lines, Similarly close to Lawsons, 7 Eleven and Family Mart; and restaurants and bakery. Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful. Super clean and cozy. Sufficient space for a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Only suggestion would be to add a shoe shelf in the entry way as it can get crowded with shoes, which blocks toilet entrance.

Our stay at Square EAST Tokyo was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating to our early check-in request. The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped. It was a short walk to the subway. Highly recommend!

We thought East Square Tokyo was a great find for our family of four adults, especially so as we had plenty of room, it was so clean and quiet, the local area handy for anything you may need AND only a short walk from the train. It is positioned in an area that allows easy access to the whole of Tokyo. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating too!! My only small complaint would be to suggest an extra towel rack in the bathroom and hand towel in the toilet. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend East Square Tokyo!

Great fully stocked service apartment type for a big families. Great customer service and staff speaks English very well. Very near Morishita station (<5min walk), but note that station is far from center of most happening areas in Tokyo (Shinjuku, Shibuya, Ginza). If you want a big space and an affordable rate, this is a good choice. Note that there is no room cleaning services, towels changing / rubbish clearing/ basic toilet cleaning is done once every 2 days.

EAST Square Tokyo was a great stay! It is clean and the staff are great. They welcomed us and make check-in seamless. They showed us to our room and showed us all the amenities. The location of the hotel is near the Lawson (only 1 minute), making it super convenient. Also, they provide water, snacks, and coffee. The room is easily accessible. Don’t need to worry about a key as everything is through keypad. Lastly, they provide clean sheets and panjamas which were comfortable. Overall a great stay and I highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this apartment!! Out of the five apartments/hotels we stayed in while in Japan, this was by far the best! It has two separate bedrooms, both with single beds and doors that close them off from the living areas. Each with air conditioners in them. There was another platform/space if we had additional people that was open to the living area. There was also a kitchenette with cooking facilities, fridge/freezer and washing machine/dryer too. It was really close to the train station and there were a number of Lawsons/Family Marts/7-11’s nearby. Plus a supermarket with amazing food and such cheap dinner options when you just want to chill at home. Staff were super friendly and so nice. Always checking in to see what we’d done for the day and how it went. Unlike other people, we didn’t want to stay somewhere that was right in the heart of Tokyo as we wanted to stay somewhere quiet and this property delivered that. We will definitely come back to this property when we return to Tokyo.

The room was spacious and clean for two kids and two adults. There are many dining options walkable distance from the hotel. The prices in the restaurants are reasonable as it is in the residential area. It is a few minutes walk from Morishita train station, and also from the Life grocery store where you can buy cooked and uncooked food and prepare and enjoy in the hotel. The hotel room has utensils, cookware, stove, and laundry machine. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
