This place is located very conveniently in a busy area in Shinjuku, but it’s very safe and quiet. My husband and I enjoyed the wonderful breakfast and were grateful they held our luggage for a few hours. The hotel is very clean and the staff was very helpful. Room has all the amenities you need. Clean. Well lit. Convenient. A bit small rooms but that's to be expected. The one issue is the outside advertising noise. It plays the same songs over and over and over every minute which drives you crazy.

Room was comfortable, with everything we needed for the night. Definitely typically small hotel room for Japan. Water pressure was 10/10. Buffet breakfast in the attached restaurant was great. There were set menu items you could order and a buffet of other things. It’s Japan, so those traveling from the west should know it’s not going to be “breakfast” as you imagine it. The food was delicious.
