"Beautiful and modern. A home away from from home feeling. So close to a lot of my favorite restaurants and at was easy to navigate through the local neighborhood. Definitely would recommend to a family or friend. And look forward to it being my new getaway when visiting San Antonio. "

The toilet paper fixture was broken, the soap in the bathroom is cheap.
They charge $200 (insane) deposit of which they decided to take $22 because i slightly stained their crappy white towels with a smudge of makeup. They claimed that they couldnt be cleaned so they deducted that from my deposit.

"I had booked 4 days here with my wife, daughter, son in law and 2 of our grandchildren ages 2 and 3. We had been driving a uhual into town for 16 hours. My wife booked it but did not see the deposit on top of the money we already paid for the booking in advance. She made a mistake because we were all tired. "The house was impressive on the outside when we arrived. Once inside, the initial impression was good. As we checked things out, though, we found some things that we were not happy with.
The fan in Master bedroom did not work. The remote control had corroded batteries in it. I did find a new battery in a drawer and tried to make it work, but it never did.
The floor in Bath 2 was very soft and sunken right in front of the bathtub and there was a gap between the bathtub and the floor. We did...
"Location was close to downtown and met our needs. The house was clean and in good shape. Although, I think there were a few fire detectors missing. The dock was there and the detector was not. We didn't get to use the parking spot promised in the back due to concrete repair going on. But there was ample street parking. The fridge did not work when we arrived and the owner sent maintenance the next day to fix it. All in all, we had a great time."

"Liked the room, bed, air conditioning (100 degrees out), & outside pool. The staff and breakfast were great (a good variety of hot & cold foods like eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc.). The hot tub bubbler did not work and the stool flush broke but was fixed. The accessible room was nice, but far from elevator on 8th floor! We would stay again. "
