The location of this hotel is perfect as it is by a major mall and surrounded by many restaurants. The staff was nice. The room itself was clean but, the carpets were stained, and filthy as my socks were black after a few hours in the room. The door to the bathroom was missing hardware and the TV had a line down the middle. Also, the phone in the room did not work as it wouldn't charge. Breakfast is available at an additional charge. One of the elevators was out of order.

There was absolutely no hot water for the shower. I was there for 3 days and all of my showers were cold. The staff was pleasant and the room was decent enough. Parking is a little annoying bc the main lot is shared with a restaurant and shopping center and stayed packed so had to park in a parking garage that doesn’t have a walkway to it so you’re walking in traffic behind the hotel. Not a big deal if you don’t drive there though. There also aren’t any ice machines so if you need ice, they have bags sometimes but they were mostly out. Decent amenities for the price but the hot water & parking issue was a struggle.

The staff were very helpful, everyone was nice but the property itself seemed a bit run down. Our bathroom ceiling started leaking and they gave us a new room but in our new room our sink water was running yellow, which was concerning. We were there for 5 days and 1 out of 2 elevators were broken. Im pretty sure its been that way for a while though.
