The house is adorable and as advertised - very cozy and comfortable with everything you need - and the deck and view from the backyard is stunning (especially the sunsets!). Moot Point is conveniently located to Cape Ann, Rockport, Newburyport, and Plum Island (to name a few). Denise was wonderful and very responsive. We can’t wait to return! "
"This home is exactly as described. Nestled in the quiet Great Neck section of Ipswich, it provided the perfect location to explore the Eastern Massachusetts coast and surrounding towns. Easily accessible to Boston as well as to the north to New Hampshire and Maine. The house itself is modest but generously stocked with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. From the smart TV to comfortable beds, it was a pleasure to come back to after exploring the region. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you would need to prepare meals. I would definitely stay here again if my travels brought me to the area. "
