"The shuttle service was prompt and courteous. The available breakfast was well above average and well stocked during a busy demand time. "

"This Inn is very well kept up, comfortable and clean. The room was a bit small but worked perfect for us. They have filtered water, ice and cups along with kcup machines with coffee and tea on each floor. The only things lacking at these stations was fixings for the coffee. The room was immaculate except housekeeping missed a trash can when getting our room ready. There was a yogurt cup in the can upon our arrival. I would have liked a few more towels but I know I could have requested extras. Overall great hotel!!!"

"The Hawthorne is the only place we stay in Salem. We love the history and lore. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are cozy, clean and comfortable. Centrally located so we are able to walk to all that Salem has to offer. "
