"Loved this hotel! Our room was spacious and the book decor very elegant. The breakfast room/lounge was on the 5th floor with a great view. Also a nice rooftop sitting area. The breakfast buffet was good with diverse options. The afternoon tea with cake and cookies was a nice addition. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend!"

"Staff were helpful, the room was clean and parking was on site which was nice. The grounds around the hotel were quite nice which had many orange and lemon trees loaded with fruit. Pool was being cleaned when we were there and we would not go into the pool even though staff said that we could. It was quite dirty. The hotel is about a 20 minute ride into the heart of Coimbra. We would recommend a taxi or Uber since parking is very hard to find in Coimbra. "
