place was very small, but clean. Our stay was comfortable. Nothing special about the place in particular, but there was a continente (Grocery store) right next to the place, which was very convenient. It was also in the middle of all tourist spots, so we were able to walk around everywhere. A good comfortable stay

Have no fear about booking this place. It is clean, charming, affordable and central. It is not a five-star hotel, but it is a five-star value for money. The naysayers are the usual crowd who want the Ritz-Carlton for hostel prices.

The guest house’s location is very comfortably to walk for visiting some famous places. Any elderly or wheel chair should not stay here , because they cannot clim up the 3 levels wood stairs . In general , it s good for young customer .

Quick and cheap stop on a roadtrip. A bit noisy, and the place is quite run down. But still worth it. And clean enough.

Nice property. Good location. Close to train station. Everything is walkable. Room is spacious, clean, across the hall from washroom. Sink in room is nice to have. Beds are comfortable.

The staff was immediately friendly and kind. They helped us upgrade our room, leave our bags before check-in, and gave us a tour of the guesthouse. The kitchen was clean and big. The room was beautiful and comfortable. There is no soap or shampoo but it was okay as we brought our own.

This property has very friendly staff. Expedia must inform guests about the late check in ways. Sometimes is not possible to check in early and staff is not there 24 hours a day. This property had comfortable beds and is clean. The location is very convenient for travelling as is between the train station and the coach station. You can easily get to the touristy points by foot. Enjoy it.

Cheap and convenient, which is what we needed. Supermarket across the road. Kitchen with fridges and cooking equipment available. The property and rooms are old and somewhat damaged (cracked tiles, melted bath, leaky sink) and I wouldnt have liked to stay longer than we did. The property is noisy too, even with ear plugs in I was woken up by people snoring and clomping up the stairs early morning.

The good: central location, inexpensive. Front desk personnel are friendly. The bad: the condition of the property isn't great. Noisy due to road traffic. No AC. The ugly: no elevators, and up to 3 flighs of stairs! No parking.

It's like a hostile. Old building, nice funky feel. We had the corner room, nice views. Furnishings are old and in need of updating. Has a GREAT communal kitchen, best I've ever found in an accommodation. It's a great bargain option if you're not picky about decor. Guest and staff were friendly. Again GREAT kitchen for cooking your meals.

Excellent accomodation

Good for a one night stay. It's perfect for what I needed. Spacious, clean and there is a TV. Close to a bar as well. And a quick walk to the main street with all the restaurants and tourists things. Also close to Coimbra -B, the train station I used to get in and out of Coimbra. About 20min walk.

On this property there is people that live here so they don’t like when you arrive late, the building is old so just walk upstairs make lots of noise, if you like freedom this place is not for you here you have to be in silence all the time if you talk all buildings can earn you, but the staff is nice 👍
