better location/hotel for our visit to Coimbra. Pet friendly property that has great amenities and service. Our pup was thrilled to have her own bed instead of sleeping in the carrier. The staff was super attentive.

Perfect

Stayed 2 nights, room size, cleanliness, comfort are as one would expect of a 4 stars hotel. Pool was a welcome relief during hot days, can be a little crowed. Hotel staff were nice, friendly (especially Ana), and helpful. Loacted,15 mins walk from Coimbra B train station and 15 mins walk to town (attractions). Would recommend this hotel.

I have a general good impression of this property. Pleasant stay. The Chef was not available the days I was in, therefore, the offer at their restaurant was minimal, but there is another hotel next door where I went for dinner. I really like the walkability of this area.

The parking was conveniently located under the property, and there is easy access to the town center from this location. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although the air conditioning did not seem to be working. The breakfast was very well thought-out and it offered many choices for all different dietary needs.

Nice standard of hotel with excellent reception staff, good facilities and welcome treats. A bit of a walk to the old city but doable. We had a slight problem with the electric sockets working on one wall and had to ask for our missing kettle. Can I suggest for breakfast acquiring a new toaster as unable to access toast due to the queue for the slow one rack appliance.

Great location especially if you travel by bus within the country as bus station is 3 minutes away. Front desk staff was courteous and very helpful with our questions. The restaurant however was a bit of a disappointment with small portions and an 18 euros error in the bill (wrong price for the wine). Mistakes happen to all of us. In this instance, we would have appreciated to be offered a complimentary desert or a drink as a mark to express some kind of an apology.

Good location

We we able to leave our luggage and go explore which was very nice. The staff was pleasant to deal with. Hotel is in a great location for walking to different sights. We did make the mistake of turning the AC on at night which caused a condensation leak in the ceiling vent right in front of the bathroom. We were told it would stop in about 2-3 hours and it was still dripping when we checked out the next morning. Slippery floors, wet towels. Also the grout in the shower really needs to be bleached- nasty looking. They did refund the cost of the breakfast for our leak inconvenience. I would consider staying there again.

Room was pleasant with a river view. I thought I had booked a double bed but the room had twin singles and we were told no double was available. Hotel didn’t seem especially busy but perhaps it was booked up.
