"Beautiful hotel. I suggest to open the waiting/ bar at 2 PM instead of 4 PM. We arrived early and we had to wait until 3 PM. We couldn't get a drink or even a soda. Room was not ready until 4 PM. So the refreshment at the bar would help. But, hotel is very nice and made up for the earlier discomfort."

"The staff at the hotel desk was great! Room was nice. We selected this hotel because after traveling we wanted a day of relaxation. The property showed a beautiful pool and spa. The person at the spa was not friendly. Also we could not use the pool because you have to reserve it in advance and it was full.. you have to make a reservation to use a pool? Don’t select this hotel if you want to use the pool or spa. Lesson learned."
