I loved this hotel. the staff were great and the food at the hotel was amazing. the spa amenities were also so worth it. I would come back and stay here and refer the place to others traveling to Coimbra.

Five stars are not really adequate. Supplementing its historical charm and surrounding gardens, the Quintas staff, from reception to the artist in the kitchen are superb. A well deserved shout out to Joao and Pedro.
