Great apartment for families traveling together. Check-in online before flight to Italy, arrived a few minutes before the check-in time we had told them to expect us. Rang the door bell, and we were greeted warmly and checked-in in a few minutes. Staff explained the neighborhood, and how things worked inside the apartment. Very friendly and most helpful. A quick walk to the Colosseum, (walk down the hill, through the park). Lots of transport near by, with Metro stations, Tram, and buses everywhere. I would stay here again.

This property was very comfortable and clean the staff was helpful at all times. We loved the comfortable beds for our family of six. They helped coordinate airport transportation. Lots of food near by and metro lines.

The apartment was modern and had most things we needed. It was smaller than appeared in the adverts. It was located within 10 minutes walk of the Colosseum. The two receptionists, Mia and Gladys, were both very helpful (Gladys even woke up very early one morning to book us a taxi - thank you). We were glad to have two rooms for sleeping as that meant we could all sleep better. The Metro A was about 10 minutes walk away.

We've just returned from a short Spring break in Rome.......our stay here was amazing. Well appointed, lovely location and the team - especially Gladys - could not have been more helpful to us. For a family with two teenagers it was so good to have two bathrooms, two bedrooms plus a sofa bed as well. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment was spotlessly clean...and little touches like dishwasher tablets provided was really appreciated.

The owner responded quickly, but unfortunately, the property turned out to be too small for four people. The living room was also quite cramped and could only accommodate up to two people. Moreover, the shower was not clean, which was disappointing. Upon check-out, we left our luggage in the office, and when we returned later, I asked if I could use the restroom. However, I was told that there was no restroom available for me to use, and I had to go to the nearest bar, I felt strange.
